My writing journey started when I entered the darkest period of my life. Writing down my emotions and inner struggles helped me to understand myself and to heal myself. In time writing became also a channel to contact with my higher self, my higher wisdom. While opening this new field of writing, visions started to stream through my fingertips, visions that often surprised me as well. Writing has become my tool to cultivate and direct a strong energy that pours through me, and sometimes, word by word, a beautiful story comes through.

The Light of Day is a poetic story about a soul on a healing journey. Where her own creation, a ceramic Daylight, becomes a tool for personal and collective healing. Awakening humanity to the light of a new day.

While my mom courageously and faithfully surrendered to the healing process of breast cancer, my hands wrote down her story. The first and personal version of the Light of Day was written in a couple of days and given as a holy gift after her surgery. She found inner healing within her own poetic tale (read more about the first version). When sharing the book with others, many were deeply touched and felt encouraged to embrace their own healing process. In this I discovered that the story contains a seed for individual and collective healing. 

A hopeful and captivating story which ignites one’s inner flame.

A writing process of almost two years followed, in which this seed sprouted out to a deep story of wisdom. A story in which even I as the author keep on finding new layers of truth, giving me new insights into life. The story came with 33 powerful symbols, which I saw through my inner eyes and drew with charcoal. Each symbol is attuned to a poem piece and carries through the language of symbols a transmission that words can not capture. 

As I wrote my mother's story, looking at her life through holy glasses, I realised that we all are living a holy story. The depth of life, the multi-layered truth within every experience, every creation that comes as a pure expression of our essence, everything, when brought into awareness, becomes sacred. 

This writing process has been an exploration of a new talent, with words emerging from within and flowing through my fingertips, while my higher mind tuned each word to the same frequency. It is a great honour to bring this work of art into the world, where it can spread its blossom in every reader. May it inspire to embrace any illness or heartache with grace, curiosity and courageousness. May we stand alongside each other, in loving support of every healing journey.
